Since 1988, BCS has specialized in the recycling and proper disposal of electronic scrap...

from computers, computer components, inkjet cartridges, cell phones, PDAs, laptops rechargeable batteries and other electronic devices. We handle electronic scrap nationwide, buying closeouts, excess inventory, surplus equipment, etc.

As owner/operators of our facility, we have 35,000 sq. ft. of yard space and 20,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space allowing us to handle larger quantities of recyclable material. BCS also operates a 30,000 square feet Chatsworth, CA facility that also houses computer and electronics recycling and repair. Our plants are secured with cameras, alarmed gates and doors, and no foot traffic is allowed without appointment.

E-scrap (electronic scrap) has rapidly become a growing concern in waste management. New environmental laws have been passed, prohibiting e-scrap from entering all U.S. landfills. In today's environmentally conscious marketplace, electronic manufacturers have now become accountable for the proper disposal of their products. BCS prides itself on diverting 100% of all e-scrap, (over 1,000,000 tons per year,) from the landfill, either by recycling or reuse. We also facilitate take-back programs for all end of life product. All of our services are in full compliance with California's tough environmental standards, including AB 939 Waste Reduction Act and California Code of Reg. Title 22 Section 66273 regarding the handling of CRT's (computer monitors.) Since 1988 BCS has put our solid industry experience to the service of our customers, improving the environment we all share through recycling, re-use, and disposal of e-scrap products.

BCS has received awards from CAL MAX for their efforts in diverting e-scrap from the landfill and is a proud member of the International Association of Electronic Recyclers, National Recycling Coalition, California Resource Recycling Association, and Recycling Association of Minnesota. We're always looking for new sources of supply and invite you to contact us with all queries.
